Can't use shop,in game on PC

Cannot use the shop in game.I see my friends doing arena games.I have gold,can’t spend it.On PC.Thanks

The same for me. I have did checks for updates and redownloaded game and still shop closed

Yep it’s been this way since the update & it seems like nothing is being done about it. They are definitely losing $$ as all I played was arena’s & bought my way into them whenever I ran out of gold to use (& this is happening to alot of people- there is a larger thread that was created abouyt Shop closed & Arena’s being “temporarily disabled”

i have about 2 months now…still the same thing.Shop closed.I have friends doing Arenas and probably can use shop for other things.Getting a bit frustrating.

After i create a deck,have to restart the game as i can’t press back.I saw something.I can see the icon with the “shop” symbol on different areas(Americas for example),but still,what is going on?Also,i can’t see the new cards shining,i’m going on 3 months now,just collecting gold,doing quests.Admins are looking useless and powerless.

Hallo, Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 - 2022 Redistributable X86 installieren dann sollte es wieder klappen. Das andere Visual vom PC deinstallieren. Hat bei mir auch geklappt.
