Can't Start Hearthstone

Hi,
I’ve had problems in starting up hearthstone. While launching the game, a usual error pops up in the upper right “HS:CT NetCacheCardValues”.
I’ve tried uninstalling, reset the game settings, scan and repair, and also the Get Help/Support but the page never loads.

There are some suggestions here, but we believe there are two separate issues in this situation that will require our customer support team to look into if the steps provided on the post does not resolve the issue.
