I haven’t had a single problem playing Hearthstone on my data in the past up until here for the past couple of days. I can log in & play through WiFi without any problems but when using Data I am stukl at the doors of infinite loading. No error or crash etc. Is there a solution to this? I am dying to play this new xpac but nowhere near wifi.
I have tried:
Restarting phone.
Uninstall & reinstall (+another phone restart)
Clearing my cache /(+) data for Hearthstone
Scouring the internet for answers to no avail.
My phone specs are such:
Samsung Galaxy A01
SPEED Wi-Fi: 802.11 a/b/g/n, 2.4 GHz + 5.0 GHz, USB 2.0, Bluetooth v4.2
Hey, ky0n! This is a known issue caused by IPv6 connections. In order to workaround the issue, the connection needs to allow IPv4 data. We’ve provided some workarounds here:
Our team is working on resolving these issues individually, but each mobile network needs to be done individually and there’s no way to mass resolve these situations. We are aware and working on it, but the workarounds should help in the mean time.
Are you working on any connectivity issues for iPhone platform over Wi-Fi? My iPhone Xr disconnect 5-10 times a game while there’s no issues with Android on Wi-Fi or Windows laptop on Wi-Fi.
