Can't play DUEL mode

I finished a heroic duel and while clicking on the 'loot ’ icon the game window just disappeared ( I play hearthstone in windowed mode on a windows 10 pc )and no I am not complaining about that, that’s kinda normal happens once in every 5 times after finishing a duel, I just have to launch the game again from the battle.net client.
What’s bothering me now is , after launching the game I can’t play duel anymore. I click on duels,I click on resume and nothing happens the game just doesn’t move further, I can’t say it’s frozen as I can hear the background music. the only thing I can do is click quit.
I have restarted computer knowing it shouldn’t change the situation and it didn’t.
I have got no clue what to do next.

I managed to fix this by going on my mobile, and after you press resume, try to press around on the screen, at some point I hit some spot and got my rewards and it solved the issue, it’s a bad issue though, that should be fixed asap!

Same here, been stuck on the screen for 2 days then applied the temporary fix. Lost my run and my gold but well it worked again or so I thought. Second attempt it freezes again and I’m once more stuck in the same issue… this happens every time, when there’s a bug and people lose hard earned gold/money over it well tough sh*t cause blizzard doesn’t even bother to apologize let alone give players the solutions they deserve. I and probably many others play duals as main thing on hearthstone and they won’t even bother fixing it until the next big patch? Just unacceptable. But not as unacceptable as players being used to this by now… :sweat:
