I am wondering when the next big patch will be as many are still stuck on Duels,
I mean are we expecting >1month? Is there no other way to fix this problem then the work around that was posted?

I cannot even load up duel. And there is a quest rewards which is just left there with no way to complete it. Please help! blizzard!

Guys! Guys, I’ve solved the problem. I hope this helps someone. So, they wrote on the forum what to do, but they wrote it so badly that I had to remember my past as a manual tester to find how to resolve this bug. What have I done to solve the problem? I took my wife’s Android, downloaded the game there and installed it in standard mode. Logged in. After that, I went into Duel mode, pressed the “resume” button, and then it may seem that nothing else happened, but above this very button on the PHONE (it is noteworthy that there is no such thing on the tablet and computer) there is a hit box in which, when clicking on the “non-existent” door of awards, it restarts the campaign into duel mode. Attention! Probably, the same manipulations will work on the iPhone, but the tablet and the computer do not work in any way in the same situation. The hit box is located right above the circle “resume” poke there with your finger, you will succeed!

Duel mode isn’t working for a large number of players, including myself, but they tied a reward to it? WTF Blizzard?

Worked for me thanks alot… for anyone else i basically tapped / slid my finger around the entire screen and eventually did something that gave me my rewards and now I can play duels np…

For my phone, it was on the picture (the sketch/drawing frame), right in the middle of it.
keep tapping if you can’t find it.
I gotta say, this was the most ridiculous thing I ever did to unblock a game.

I do not think you lost your gold or rewards, because for me at least, they are added as soon as you finish the run, even before you click on rewards. If you look at your gold, you will see it changes as you click on final game screen to continue.
I think this mechanism might be the culprit for this bug, even.
I stand corrected. I was wrong about the rewards coming in either way.
The stuckage happened to me AGAIN, two times in two days.
I had 10 heroic wins - I unstuck the screen on mobile, and my old gold amount had not changed, and neither did I get the cards and the pack.
This is ridiculous, and I bet we never get refunded either. It’s 400+ gold down the drain.
I am not playing heroic duels until this is fixed, because I do not want to waste my gold.

update…apparently u have to hit the resume button first then click on screen …yes it worked
So I have attempted to sign in on PC and on Mobile to try and conclude my duel’s run (heroic). Both platforms will stay stuck when I click “resume”. Some assistance would be greatly appreciated as I do find that feature to be one of the main reasons why I continue to play.

It’s not working for me. My duels game was stuck during the deck building phase. When I open the entrance screen I see the deck I was building for a second then it goes to the infamous locked “resume” screen. This really needs to get fixed since the quest line involves completing duels games. Ridiculous
This worked for me too. Its crazy that its the gamers solving the software issues and not blizzard

when I go to Duels and select “resume” it just freezes
