Can't launch game (stuck on loading door) (Andorid)

Hi,

I’m an owner of Samsung Galaxy A5 (latest version), with Android (latest version). Since yesterday, I’m trying to launch game, but I’m getting stucked on Loading Screen (HS Tavern Door). Is there any fix to that? Are you going to compensate it somehow, outside NA?

Having the same problem with my iPhone. After I updated new patch, it won’t load
