Same issue here, cannot claim it neither in mobile nor pc 
just got lvl 100 on the rewards track and when i click claim on the hero skin nothing happens
Bumping as I am also not able to claim the skin at lvl 100.

Still locked out of the game entirely.
This is not a case of manually going into the journal/rewards track and trying to claim the hero skin.
There is a pop up that tells you “You forgot a reward”, you cannot close this pop up, and it appears immediately after logging in - meaning the game is completely soft-locked, and has been for over a week now with zero response.
I can’t imagine it is difficult to simply disable this feature until there is a fix ready. I think most people would rather be able to play the game. Pretty atrocious treatment from Blizzard, probably too busy trying to book their next cosby suite.

totally agree with you, to have to wait over a week for a fix is beyond a joke, my europe server deck is my main deck and im locked out of it. i was close towards hitting the 150 gold rewards in battle pass/reward track. missing out on loads of gold not to mention the halloween event track i cant play so will miss out on that skin
Fuming is an understatement. might have to go back to playing yu-gi-oh, at least they dont leave a bug in the system for so long

If nobody read this yet . on known issues they posted this
“• [Added 11/8] The team is aware that some players are unable to claim the Hero Skin at the end of the Rewards Track. The issue is expected to be fixed in Patch 25.0, when players will be prompted to make their Hero Skin selection upon login. All other rewards can be claimed normally and will be automatically granted with Rewards Track swap if not claimed by that time.”
so there is a solution for this and we will get our reward
