There are some people where this pops up on the login screen and we haven’t been able to even play the game for the last 2.5 weeks now.

I don’t think they realize this bug is preventing some people from playing the game altogether.

Would it be to much to ask to get at least a notification from blizzard that they are aware of the problem and working on a solution?

Could not beeing able to claim the skin be related to not having completed the lvl 10 tutorial for all classes?
