I googled this since my girlfriend was experiencing this bug and she’s losing interest in playing. To my surprise I found this 6 month old bug thread and was absolutely flabbergasted. I know Blizzard is really not up to the same standard as it used to be, but having this same game breaking bug stand for this long is just insane. This thing is literally making it impossible to play yet the only solution to this given by a blue post is “delete deck and recreate manually”.

I will be going ahead and closing this thread. The reason why is because the technical support forums are intended for troubleshooting technical issues such as crashes and disconnections.
We, the technical support agents, see bugs that appear to be a technical issues and we do our best to inform for updates and information in these cases, but the technical support forums is not meant to be a place to report in-game bugs. As mentioned in the initial post, this is a known issue on our bug report list.
If you are running into the problem, deleting the deck, then recreating it manually may help with the issue. If this does not resolve the issue, this issue will need to be reported on the #bug-report forums so that your reports will reach the appropriate team who can make the changes and resolutions to fix the issue.
