Simple question are they allowing streamers and video of people blantantly cheating according to the EULA?
Show me their consent. Until Blizzard approves the method EVERYONE using it is a filthy cheater.

Without expressed authorisation (IE Blizzard stating it OK), if it gives you an advantage over anyone not doing it, its a cheat.
So show me where a Blizzard rep has given their consent for this method, or admit you are cheating/exploiting.
So blizzard is allowing to to be promoted and in hand incoiraging cheating on their on game. Cant work around that, quote any rule book you want.

If they intended for skipping the combat phase to be used, they would have added that option. Where is it?

Therefore, anyone doing so is a cheater at this point in time.

Logging out of an online game, to gain an advantage is cheating until you get the authoristion from Blizzard. Its in the EULA. So, show me their consent.
Guilty until proven innocent in this case. You NEED Blizzards authorisation to use it, otherwise its cheating.
Again, if they had intended for skipping the battle phase to be an option, it would be an actual option. You wouldnt need to disconnect from the server to achieve it. Yet after almost 18 months, that option is not there. So, yes, it is cheating according to Blizzards definition.
I mean they do not care about you enough to waste time with something they do not care about.
We been over your rule book, do they ban cheaters? 100%…do they promot this method to be used 100% them allowing it is consent.
No, they dont. Bots and autoclickers have been running rampant since the reward track change, no action. They are also breaking the rules.
No, the EULA states EXPRESSED AUTHORISATION. That means someone from Blizzard must actually state its OK to do it, otherwise its not expressed authorisation, merely an assumption.
So, again, show me their expressed authorisation for it. Without that, you and anyone else, using this method are cheaters according to the rules (EULA). Nothing othre than Blizzards expressed consent to utilise this method will change that.

you still havent shown blizzards expressed authorisation. Funny that. Without said authorisation, it remains cheating. So go get that authorisation and I will happily stop. Twitter is your best bet. Until you do, however, you are cheating according to the rules of the game.

is the eula you keep mentioning the quote someone posted a while ago ?
but you are the one claiming blizzard stated this is an exploit and the eula applies to it
but you havent posted any links saying so
since its been an year now you must have a link to a tweet or a reddit post by one of the devs stating this is an exploit
