Hey all,
Since our last update, we’ve actioned over 90,000 additional accounts for botting. As we previously shared, we introduced system changes in Patch 29.6 to combat bots and other exploitive gameplay patterns on a scheduled, proactive basis. We’re happy to report that since that update we’ve seen a trend of fewer and fewer unauthorized bots in Hearthstone.
With these developments , we’ll be stepping back from monthly bot-ban update posts. We’ll still be watching the botting problem and maintaining our systems to combat it, and we’ll post here when we have any updates we want to share.

Personally, I am not seeing much of a difference in the number of bots over the last month, but I play mostly Arena, where, depending on the time and the server, 50 to 90 percent of my opponents are playing a barcode deck.

Hello im an achievement hunter and i encountered another bug on my journey of completing achievements, it looks like you guys listened to me about the after life attendant achievement so just thought id let you know theres a bug for the achievement for battlegrounds duos, my shiny fangs and me, end 7 consecutive turns with a lightfang enforcer in play, i definitely had it on the board for 10+ turns but the achievement is stuck at 6/7 hope to see a fix soon! Much appreciated!
Chinese bots are back… We need enforced region restriction so people geographically located in China or with Chinese names can’t play in NA servers…

They already use a vpn to tunnel out of the chinese firewall and the bot accounts do not use unicode chinese characters. Blizzard is not going to spend on a paid employee to update vpn end points.
