Arena disabled and shop closed

Hello everybody,

Is this bug known ?
Can’t play Arena, Duels (disabled) and can’t use the shop (always closed) for a week

Same bug for the shop. It is closed since many days on EU, US and Asia.

im from germany and play on eu shop closed for me also since the last patch

Shop closed but more importantly new entry to Arena has been temporarily disabled (& it has nothing to do with making sure i’m in the correct account and/or the correct country setting, I’ve tried all of this; it is a problem caused by the game that needs to be fixed. Been about a week now

I have the same issue on PC but works fine on the phone.
SO every time I want to buy new arena ticket I have to log into the phone.

The bug only seems be on PC.

Same for me - EU - PC(windows) shop is closed - arena disabled
but everything works fine on mac os

store problems are part of technical support forum ( not bugs ) , there is already a blizzard cs that reply there so they know there are some issues , i also suggest to not do what they suggest to do ( vpn , uninstalling updateds , etc ) but mb wait there for the real solution.
