The issue I’m having here is that somehow my dust got deducted to zero which made absolutely no sense as I got over 4k dust from Blizzard last week and only spent 2k. So I should still have another 2k dust. And zero dust, really? It first appeared last Friday I think. Please look into it.
The connection became better a week ago and it just turned terrible today:
The game kicked me out and then I could not login for like 5 - 10 minutes. Luckily, I was playing mercenaries. Imagine if I am in a ranked or battleground game…
The connection become terrible today.
I am playing mercenaries in US region.
I feel the lag for 4 hours.
Finally, I just disconnected from the game.
I have this situation about two weeks.

I could not reconnect after a DC just minutes ago and lost a winning BG game. How can we play if the whole game is unstable like this?
Things got improved days ago and then the same problem just kept happening.

Been experiencing connectivity issues for the past few months. Happens most days from around 5-7am Pacific Time. Game would lose connection every so often and there were times that I was not be able to launch the game after crashing.

Im officially giving up on hearthstone. my collection is on the Apac server and since i moved to europe its become basically unplayable for me. out of 3 games i play i lose 2 due to disconnects. guess no more money from me blizzard. thanks
