45% of opponents are mages at legend

You dont seem to undertand what i have been saying about King Tide…
Skyla is the obvious last link that was missing on this deck but i was talking about MIRROR matchs.

Do you undertand you will be playing a bunch of games against the same deck and many of those games the person going first with King Tide will WIN on the mulligan stage before a single card is played.

Blizzard has a history of nerfing cards that enable such things.

I need to learn how to video edit so I can put a Helm of Domination on Brian Fantana.

i dont remember blizzard putting so much focus on mirrors

Lmao Mage is about to be HALF the meta, the deck is good and Mage players have been starved for a good fun deck.

The play rates are INSANE , off course Blizzard looks at what happens on most games that are BSM vs BSM right now.

playrate nerfs that ive seen

mirror based nerfs…thats what i cant remember happening before
you think king tide will be nerfed specifcally because of the mirror

Skyla is the much more likely target given the current mulligan stats. King Tide is strong, but not looking anywhere near as offensive (likely due to counters existing for turn 4 king tide and how useless he is if going 2nd in the mirror).

100% i think they dont want a mirror to be decided by who goes first and gets 1 card on mulligan.

Says half the player base, creating a self -fulfilling prophesy.

I don’t think King Tide will get touched.

On a side note, Clumsy Courier is a toxic card lol. I could see people MAYBE risking their own cards to run this to disrupt other decks like BSM in some situations. Probably not though. I memed around and played it with Merch Seller against someone and it was pretty hilarious when they were not able to remove it and just drew temporary garbage spells each turn.

Edit: Clumsy Steward not Courier

Clumsy Steward maybe?
Courier is wild and is the one that casts a spell from your hand, I dont think thats toxic

With good reason, anyone that plays Mage with half a brain cell knows theres little time to enjoy it.

The whole meta is BSM and what counters BSM.
As per tradition Mage warps the meta when its this good.

Yeah. Wrong card name, my bad lol.

Blizz has a habit of making mage good in ways that completely warp the game around it.

At least when say, flood paladin is good, you just toss in a few AoEs in every deck and you are good.

It’s a LITTLE harder to deal with turn 4 or 5 boards of charging water elementals.

We can agree to disagree.

Mage is a noob class and that’s why it’s the tutorial.

This is facts. It’s why mage can’t have nice things and why smart players play other classes.

i dont think thats the meta

check the patch notes the mini set with the cards enabling this deck was released minutes over 24 hours ago

im pretty sure its related to the current playrate

It amazes me with 10 years of druid under their belt they’re always so careless with mana manipulation in the game.

So now they’ll either nerf what was a fun deck into unplayability or we’ll be looking at turn 4 tsunamis for an entire year.

You cant be serious i see nothing else…
What rank are you playing on?

Yeah the hunter package low-key makes incindieus shaman very very strong, also very underrated.

I have 0 issues playing classes that pass for Mage and are allowed to run rampant because “reasons”.

Im still waiting on my Jaina skin for Druid, nothing else is missing.
And that should be coming soon now that skins are for multiple classes like Ragnaros.

It’s pretty much universally agreed upon that this distinction clearly belongs to Paladin.
