resets on thurs and still says 0/5 on the vanguard prompt. but on the bp i ran 2, and says 2/5. i received no charms since it wasn’t a full reset like raids. am i missing something besides the 2 charms that’s suppose to drop?

Copy and paste standard message that amounts to nothing but ignoring the problem. Same with lag, BG, and the rest in the game. Nothing personal about CM - it’s just Blizz’s textbook policy. We’re listening, we’re investigating, we’re looking into it. So funny.
And if they didn’t respond at all, you will say they ignored you, and gave silent radio treatment. It seems you are rather an unreasonable person here. There is no pleasing when it comes to people like you.
