I upgrade twice to lvl 5 Bloody(2star) gems on 4/12 around 10-11am
But this keep disappearing when i get to lvl5(it changed to lvl3 instead), i wasted about 100 gems for nothing…can you please please fix this issue and restore my gems back please…all of my gems are gone on this…please review my history and check them out please…no lie…
