My gems are disappeared after upgrading

Upgraded twice for lvl 5 bloody gem but it dissapeared

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide: Device Type: iphone Device Model: 14 pro max Device Operating System: 18.4 Diablo Immortal App Version: 3.3.1.2766984 I upgrade twice to lvl 5 Bloody(2star) gems on 4/12 around 10-11am But this keep disappearing when i get to lvl5(it changed to lvl3 instead), i wasted about 100 gems for nothing…can you please please fix this issue and restore my gems back please…all of my gems are gone on this…please review my histo…
