Unable to login to server with Battle net

Hello,

Last night my screen went blank while playing and so I went ahead and closed out the app and logged back in. Once I got to the ‘Tap To Play’ screen, I was unable to pass this screen.

Ran through multiple troubleshooting scenarios provided by battle net(restart, repair client, uninstall/reinstall) and nothing. Still unable to log in.

I signed out of my battlenet and logged in as a ‘Guest’ and then I was able to login to the server where my main is. Logged back in to my battlenet, tried to login and nothing - still unable to login.

I’m still able to login to other servers under my battlenet login but not my main server.

Has this happened to anyone?

Also unable to log in. No response from Battle.net.

I got a few responses from battle net to troubleshoot the issue - still unable to log in.

Something tied with my battle net account and that specific server, it wont let me log in… extremely bizzare.

Hi, same story, can not connect to my main server.!!! Already reinstall every thing but still not connecting. Blizzards maybe you will do some thing!!!

Same for me got a black screen yesterday . Then i closed the App. Now i cant log into 1 Server {larzuk Europe)
I also tried reinstall, logging in as a guest works bur on my account i still cant log on Server.

Same with multiple accounts on our server. pls fix asap! server: larzuk

I did a lot of troubleshooting as
Deleting Cache
Uninstall and new installation
Logged in from pc
Restartet Router

Still cant log in on my main charakter and the server he is on.
It seems that i am still online in the game so its definetly a server issue on blizzards site. Pls fix this asap. We spend a lot of money

People on Larzuk/Europe cant log in for some days now. They are stuck on Black Screen when they try to. They appear online ingame but Profiles are not clickable. Other Servers work for them.

Reinstalling or repairing game didnt help. Also tried on multiple devices.

Fix asap

Update: people could now login and proceed after 2 days of waiting and constantly trying!

Same thing just happened to me. Is there an actual fix for this or do we just need to wait until it resolves itself?

Can log in as guest but not for main. Server is soulstones

Over a day now, it’s on blizzard/server end and not us. Tried multiple devices same thing. But can log in as guest or use main but switch server.

So not to worry guys, it’ll fix itself a day or two. Just be patient. They freed me after one day.

Yes same thing. Put a ticket in but got reply basicly saying not their problem. Have repaired reinstalled. Cannot play my server. Crystal Arch.

They not going to do anything it seems.

same, unable to access characters on zoltun kulle. can choose any other server but once zk is chosen it will hang and have to restart. could not login since last night 530pm.

all other accounts can still logon to zoltun kulle to play. only main is disabled

repair/reinstall, nothing on client side to fix, it does seem like toon is still logged on server side. isnt there 15 minute timer to automatically kick idle players?

ticket created, there is nothing further to be done client side.

I just have the same issue! Black screen, then I could no longer log in my main server, just stayed in the home page. So I can do nothing except wait for releasing of my account?

Hi, got the same issue just now.
Looking at comments, it seems the issue will resolve itself after a day or two… Sadly will lose my daily quests, but whatever.

If anyone is curious, how I got locked out is: today was rite of exile. I entered as spectator for my clan. Waited till the end, cheered, for my team. Before the match finished, I got invited to a HQ raid (not started yet). Match finished. Then I got back screen. Game became unresponsive, so I force closed it. Tried to enter the game again - got stuck on the starting screen with my server.
I could enter another server logged in, but cannot enter mine. Could get into my server as a guest.
Tried repair, tried clearing cache, will just now wait.

Same thing here.
Srcreen went black and cant log in eith my account to main server blood rose last night.
Other servers works.
Tried today agian but still same.
