Exactly the same. I was watching the exile ritual on my server when the battle reached the end I was shown a black screen I turned off the game and turned it back on and got stuck on the click to play screen . I tried everything and nothing helped and blizzard claims everything is ok from their side. So what now should I just not play and leave all the money I left there ?
Happen to me last night i got a blackscreen i closed the game and now cant come back in server …

Same happened to me yesterday. Supports told me it is not their problem. I hope that the technical support reads my report and helps me back in the game. And as all her mentioned: most of us spent a lot of money in this game.
Hi same happened to me yester day Apr. 29, 2024 while I was watching Vigil of Blades I got then invited to HQ raid (Gauntlet 6) then my screen went blacked out.
So I closed the app tried to login but I cant seem to pass through my server. Which then I tried to go to another server and it went through creating new character. So I tried to log in to my server but still cant.
Tried to log in as guest and it did went through. So I tried deleting cache and data, repair client, used mobile data, tried reinstalling and still the same. Already created a ticket for this but still no response.
This is worst than getting banned. Since we didn’t even did something wrong.
I am having the same problem. On mobile iphone 14 . I get to the tap to enter screen and it won’t let me in. Tried the reinstall and nothing. No response from blizz. Guess I quit.

Exact same thing that happened to me just a few hours ago. GM’s response on ticket was look it up in the forums. lol
I have the same problem here on Android / Europe / Pools of Vision, I am unable to login, I have reinstalled and completed all the recommended steps. In my case, it does not log me to my bnet account, I have created a new one after playing on guest and I cannot log in to the new account as well.
When clicking an option to start a new account, then instead of signing in, I log in, the Battle.net account is found, I am clicking “Switch to Play” but that is still not working, it’s like Diablo Immortal creates another instance or replaces the instance of the current connection or something.
Another issue is: “Source Account is Missing!” message, when I am trying to connect with Battle.net.
I had this problem a year a go as well, when I wanted to connect to the PC version.
As far as I remember, there was some guide to delete the guest account or something?
And it worked for me back then.
