Hello,
Since surpassing resonance level 1000 and receiving my first wings, I am unable to equip any of my purchased or earned armors respectively skins. For example, I can select the “Under the Sands” armor, but it does not appear. Transmogrifications are not applied.
I appreciate your assistance.

I achieved the battle pass skin/armor this week. With my pet I attempted to change back to my immortal gear and now it’s glitched and unfixable. Even when I try to unequip all gear, save exit, change, nothing works. My gear ends up weird colors and mismatched. I’m now running around with teal colored gear and nothing matches.
