On June 4, 2025, there were over 80 essences of fear in the bag. On June 9, 2025, when I logged into the game, there were only 56 essences of fear left in my bag. 25 or more missing

If so, that’s where your Terror Essences went.
Each re-roll of those, in addition to the usual materials, costs 10 Terror Essences per re-roll.
