Since today im experiencing a huge performance and fps drop in Diablo Immortal. Im playing on Nubia Redmagic S8 Pro. I tuned down every graphic options to minimal cleared cache even completely reinstalled the game and the issue still persist. Ive checked my phone everything working properly. Was there a silent patch or something which causing these issues on my end?

I can confirm from last day its unplayable on redmagic 8s pro , no updates was applied on the phone , others games runs smooth like always were but DI is another story from 60 stable fps to 20-30 unstable

Yeah, Im watching the FPS while gaming, there is like fixed 30 and less. Getting 60 only in the warband and other menus character screen and inventory tab also slow. The game also exits after 15-20 minute sessions and of course at the worst moment.
Other games working like a charm getting no issues so Its definitely this game which acting up for some unknown reason.

I am also having the same problem does anyone know if they are working on a fix?
I search on Google and forums and check everything on settings, nothing seems to work and blizzard support has always been famous for been the worst in human history.There is actually no way to contact support for some reason PLEASE IF YOU FIND ANY SOLUTIONS RESPOND HERE

And also , why the ultra resolution is locked on this beast of a phone , snapdragon 8 gen 2 is the 6th best CPU in the planet, and I wanna know which phone CAN play ultra resolution

The game is still running bad I’ve given up for the day and it will most likely be like this for the next week as blizzard support is awful
Game is still not running well at all. I’m going to stop playing until the issue is resolved.
Lots of people are having the same issues and now my game keeps crashing to!

I’m not sure if they are aware of the issue
I opened a ticket and a GM said the devs constantly watching the forums and feedbacks so yeah they probably unaware of the situation /s 
If they are looking at the forums then they are aware of the issue but no telling how long it’s going to take to fix the problems that are happening!
Also opened a ticket , wasn’t much of a help.They actually send me back to forums.

Same phone same problem… And I invested so much money in this game that it truly pisses me off now… It’s bloody unplayable smdh
