They issued a patch on the 23rd December 2024, there was still some open world issues they went back in on the 26th to correct this, but they managed to cause issues using certain devices when playing Diablo immortal (in this case the drop in fps red magic gaming phones etc)
They will not admit any responsibility regarding this, as they do not see the problem,
The best think I can suggest is that people keep submitting tickets and make as much noise as possible regarding this issue,

That’s just silly a lot of players are reporting issues with the game IOS/PC/ANDROID.
the game is currently unplayable for me
Same on Asus ROG phone 8 pro, fps drops from 60 to 20 12 fps even before they changed the graphical engine.

Update from my ticket. And I can confirm there idiots, my ticket was Diablo immortal and they replied back with call of duty!!!

Actually you know what ? I feel very stupid and unlucky.I did my research and bought an excellent phone just so this can happen? Seriously?Should I quit gaming in general?Is the universe sending me a message

Alot of people are having issues if we keep reporting it they will fix it.
Keep reporting issues that are happening on Android and other devices like ROG and Red Magic!
Will we get a fix in 2025? Game is unplayable.

Same thing happening to me. Using a ZTE Nubia Z50 with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.
Still having performance issues on the game for red magic devices.
