I just got a new phone which cost me alot of money to buy, when i downloaded the game again i found that resolution load is too high with using low graphic settings, but I’m sure my phone had great cpu and ram, even good screen for gaming, i really need solution for my problem because i can’t play on 60 fps anymore. Thanks for understanding.
Well, the first step towards that would probably be to say which phone you bought and its specifications.

The phone i got is Realme 11 pro plus 5g, amoled 120hz, mediatik dimensity 7050, resolution 1080x2412 pixels

Diablo Immortal limits specific options based on phone hardware to ensure smooth gameplay over time. If you believe a setting is grayed out, that shouldn’t be. I recommend posting the setting in question and the model of your device on our Bug Report forums. This allows our QA and Developers to investigate the intent of the limits set.
