In the description of that chest it says…
When used, select six 5-Star Bound Legendary Gems (Quality 2).
One of the six gems will be randomly obtained.
There are 16 5-Star gems in the game. The masterwork chest allows you to select 6 of the 16 possible gems and then you are randomly awarded one of the 6 you selected.
The bundle does not include six 5-Star gems.
The description of the box makes this clear.
You got exactly what was advertised.
