As requested by GM Ajeirmiend to file this report, upon investigation, a bug may have prevented my purchased legendary gems from the Promised Glory pack from appearing in my inventory. Only the random one appeared. Other players have experienced similar issue.

The “Promised Glory” bundle contains a “Masterwork Gem Random Chest”:
Its description is pretty clear:
“Select six 5-star bound legendary gems (quality 2). ONE of the six gems will be RANDOMLY obtained”.
You DON’T get 6 gems. It’s not a bug that you didn’t read or understand what you were buying.
