Same here i used like 120 lila and red Crest at the end of january and i haven‘t gotten a single point in the event except the 100 free points 200€ wasted

Ich habe am 2 tag des events eine Entschädigung erhalten, aber das Problem ist, dass ich am Vortag 1 polierter jade ausgegeben hatte da ich da noch nicht gewusst hatte das man 1 tag später eine Entschädigung bekommt und ich jetzt noch 21 Jade übrig habe. Vielleicht gibt es eine Möglichkeit, den 1 polierte Jade aus einem 3-Sterne-Upgrade zurückzubekommen?
Oder das man eine Möglichkeit bekommt alle 22 polierter jade neu zu verteilen um einen anderen stein auszuwählen?

Same issue ror me. No points for the crest used in 14.jan and 18.jan. Hope they can solve the problem
Today I found an email where the points for the gates passes from 01.08.2025 were compensated, that’s fine but has anyone already had the wrong points for the 5 to 1 conversion instead of 10 to 1 or are they still working on it? They’re making an absurd mess.
in the new “gem surge” event, I improved a gem that I could afford, and after compensating for the error in the event, it turned out that I could improve another one that would definitely suit me better. Is it possible to undo the jades I added and put them on another one? I feel cheated because I didn’t immediately get what I paid for, and I was misled. After the compensation, I received additional jades that should have already been received, then I would upgrade the gem I wanted. I upgraded the gem only from 3* → 4*, and after a mistake it turned out that I could afford to upgrade it from 4* → 5*. I hope that it will be possible to decide to withdraw because I don’t want to play now… its repulsive…
