Points from the New Gem Surge Event are not Correct!

Hello…
First of all the Event Rules are different in German and English…
In German it says Phantom Markt every 10 Obols 1 Point and Phantom Gallery every 5 Obols 1 Point.
In Englisch its every 10 Obols 1 Point in both… So what is Correct…
But in Reality the Phantom Gallery givs only 0.5 Points every 10 Obols…
So you get for the complete Phantom Gallery with 30180 Orbs 1509 Points instead of 3018 in english Rules and 6036 in German Rules… So this is not correct… So fix this please and give Players the Points from your Own Rules…
The Problem is on every Device and Plattform.

2nd : Points from Galery (1Points every 10) and Rift (16 ea Crest) are fine…BUT noone have get Points backwards from Jan 8 2025 like the Rules said…

Please take a look at this Problems and fix this…
For me i will not buy this until its not right.

Same here. Used 20 crests during the Winds of fortune event, but they are not counted for either.

Same here. Also I’m really disappointed that the retroactivity is till 8th only as I’ve bought born ablaze skin on 7th.

In log I have at least dozens of leg crests used, so I should have now more like close to 4k blessings earned. Instead i have 1,6k. Not mentioning how many I would have if I have bought the skin one day later. I really regret the spending right now.

Around 1400 points for me are missing … they can track the usage of the crests easy

It’s the same in Korea. this event to provide rewards at a 5:1 ratio is now offering poorly calculated compensation. If this issue isn’t fixed, this will be clearly user deception!

I spent a good 100 or so creats in the last couple weeks only to have 101 points.

I checked the history and I used 45 legendary crests since January 8. Still I only have 101 points (should be 720+freebies).

Wait, Germany is supposed to have 5:1 ratio and countries with lower salaries have 10:1? Seriously?

Actually you have a 1:20 ratio in phantom market and phanton gallery. All ingame statements are wrong!

Same here, used 90 leg crest a few days ago and it doesn’t count, only 101 points. :frowning:

Same problem, was spending my 50+ leg crests at the mirror event a few days ago and got not a single point retrospektive. I really hope that this is a bug and the devs fix it, maybe the community manager could answer this because so many are reporting this issue right now.

Same issue ror me. No points for the crest used in 14.jan and 18.jan. Hope they can solve the problem
