After completing 9000 Fortuitous Blessing for Gem Surge event on Jan 23, 2025, later, I got a late in game mail today, Jan 24, 2025, stating the compensation of 3 legendary crest and 6400 Fortuitous Blessing for being affected by your mistake. That late 6400 Fortuitous Blessing amount could have gone into the my Gem Surge event. I did not get any credit or compensation for 6400 Fortuitous Blessing, since I’ve already completed my Gem Surge event before receiving the late compensation. I demand a different or even amount of compensation for the 6400 Fortuitous Blessing that I didn’t get credit for.
Same. It makes no sense.
I just really hope they fix it. They have all the history of each and everyone’s activities and spending, they have to compensate what we put in. Not that it’s any good but at least I didn’t spend 180+ legendary/Eternal crest (after jan 8) like my buddy did and during the event got the cosmetic AND ran 100 more legendary crest (I ran it with her) and her Fortuitous Blessing for Gem Surge event barely at 3500 which makes no sense. The worst part was she then got a smack in the face with 3 legendary crest and 300 Fortuitous Blessing as a compensation. That’s messed up.
tbh I feel in this case you will be SoL. There is no ‘late’ compensation the event hasnt even been active a week yet.
Event is for 3 week
First day there is counting error which they inform is being worked on
by day 3 most have been rewarded missed points
players have paid $ to complete event already rather than waiting for counting issues to be solved
Because of impatiens to finish the event quickly you paid $ to do so, this is on you rather than them. It sucks but if you had waited this would not be an issue.
I have the same problem too, they compensated me but with incorrect points as far as I’m concerned, I had completed the ghost market event before the email arrived today, so I still have to be compensated for around 3500 points and not just 3 measly emblems legendary and 320 points.
Your only real recourse is to ask for a refund on that transaction.
I’m trying, but they don’t want to listen to reason, they created the problem, first of all they don’t give you the right points and secondly they don’t even refund you.
SoL? Tf does that even mean?! Anyways, how tf was I suppose to know something is wrong with the event within the second day of the event? (Which i finished the event on the 2nd day). My spending has nothing to do with me being “impatient” rather then just participating in the event and getting what i needed to finish the event for the materials. Was i suppose to constantly be on the forums and watching yt videos for your screw ups every future event and wait til the last week to do before starting and finishing the event?! It makes zero sense to where the screw up comes from blizzard, (without anyone knowing til it’s too late, sound more like a scam at this point) then later sent a late compensation (yes, it was late regardless), then ends up getting blamed for being “impatient” for participating in the event. Regardless if you guys screwed up on the event or blaming me for being “impatient”… there’s still 6400 Fortuitous Blessing that needs to be compensated for.
I was just as “impatient” and now it turns out it’s my fault. which means that in the next events you have to take part in them in the last hours because before that everything is thrown away due to the player’s impatience. comedy
