I had the same issue today after the upgrade, i lost between 4000 to 5000 pet spirit.
So i also report this issue and i hope Blizzard will fix it because it’s really annoying.

Same here! My entire clan has it gone so my guess is our entire server is missing all of the spirit essence the have farmed, or worse bought! Please fix! I had at least 5k!

Missing over 11k spirit essence and over 100 war band activity points. Please investigate. Thanks

Will add my voice to this list as well. All my spirit essence is gone and it’s a hot topic right now in every chat channel on my server.

And as I’ve said before, I dread every new patch because inevitably, something else breaks. NetEase has very shoddy workmanship.

I will concur, as of this morning i only had 1 Essence, and 33 stones.

I know i have more essences, and should have less stones in my opinion.

Have faith it’ll be restored. Back ups and snapshots of databases should be standard operating procedure, weekly operations, if not because update.
