Pet Spirit Essences missing from stash

Hi Players are reporting that Pet Spirt essences have disappeared from their stash/inventory after this patch has been downloaded.

Please investigate and rectify.

Same issue. Just logged in after update and found spirit essences missing along with my conversion stones. Please rectify.

Same issue. 1000s of stored Spirit Essence has been removed from inventory. This appears to have happened as a direct result of the latest overnight update, as the materials were definitely there yesterday.
Please return these items.

UPDATE:
I noticed that some spirit essence that was newly farmed this morning and had been showing in inventory just a few minutes ago has now also been removed from inventory.

i lose my 7k +/- Spirit Essence …
After relog new droped spirit essence are removed too.

The same for me. I have two stacks of spirit essences, 3k+ from daily rewards, and 6k+ from drops–both of them are gone. And I also noticed that the dropped spirit essences I got this morning are gone when I logged back in during my break. I also did not get any from the daily rewards (the 3 chests). Thankfully I still have my conversion stones…for now.

Also here on phone. All Spirit essense is gone … and +30 clan members untill now same issue

Yep, thousands of essence gone here as well. Great timing for this issue, I have few familiar contracts in my inventory waiting and now it’s not worth using them yet as I can’t empower the familiars.

Hopefully this is just a simple glitch and the missing stuff is returned to everyone. Otherwise they better provide substantial compensation.

Hello,
I’m experiencing the same issue — I lost over 700 Essence. Every time I farm new Essence and then restart the game, I lose everything I just gained. The only way to keep the Essence is to not close the game. As long as I keep it running, the amount stays in my inventory, but once I exit the game, all of it is gone.
Please look into this issue, it’s very frustrating.

Thanks for the reddit update. Let’s hope they manage to resolve the bug soon.
