UPDATE 3 [MAY 1 7:10am PST]: Adventurers, we are aware of and investigating the discrepancies between how much Spirit Essence some players lost, and what they received back. This is going to take some time. We hope to be able to resolve this in the next week.
We apologize for the extended inconvenience, but want to assure you we are going to do our best to fix this situation, and make it right, and that requires more time, investigation, and the collection of Data on our end.
UPDATE 2 [Apr 30 9:20am PST]: Now that this fix is live, we are starting to send players their missing Essences. This could take up to 12 hours.
UPDATE: A fix for this issue will be deployed shortly. After the fix, we will be looking into how we can compensate for missing or lost Essence. We do not have information on the plan to address that just yet.
Adventurers, We are aware of and investigating a bug which is causing players to lose access to their Spirit Essence.
