PC Freeze Issue at Win11 Version 24H2

PC Freezing Issue

After the recent update, my PC freezes when playing Vanguard or Helliquary. The screen freezes, and the mouse moves slowly until the system becomes unresponsive. This issue also occurs occasionally in dungeons. When the freeze happens, it seems to coincide with the activation of the Paragon’s Legend skill, Lightning Rod. The problem doesn’t occur as often if I don’t select Lightning Rod, but it still happens when other players activate it. Please look into this issue. Thank you Additional note: …
