PC Freeze Issue at Win11 Version 24H2

Hope this finds you well Blizzard.

This issue still remains, this patch is having issue with Win11 Version 24H2. Freezing randomly and when it happens there is nothing to do beside shutting down windows manually. Reverting back to previous windows is not a permanent solution.

Requesting to solve this bug on urgent basis.

This is a WINDOWS issue and required a fix on their end. This has been heavily discussed in this thread.

PC Freezing Issue

After the recent update, my PC freezes when playing Vanguard or Helliquary. The screen freezes, and the mouse moves slowly until the system becomes unresponsive. This issue also occurs occasionally in dungeons. When the freeze happens, it seems to coincide with the activation of the Paragon’s Legend skill, Lightning Rod.
