Because it’s broken, and I first reported it as such in May 2024…
When the event initially goes live, if you do 100% of the event tasks you get 34/44 Seals of Triumph. You have to wait for the mid-event reset of tasks, and re-complete them, to maximise the Seals to 44/44.
I completed gem surge but only received 21 polished gems
