Rank 8 potency gem is missing. I have a screen recording to show I do own it (neck) but it is missing when activated builds. It is not found anywhere in bag, on items, in stash etc. I believe armory big has deleted the gem. Link to my screen recording uploaded to youtube to show missing gem. Posted on technical issues forum also. Ticket raised twice and they say post here as the can’t help. I need some help getting this gem back!
