I am writing to report an issue where I seem to be missing a substantial amount of Cryptic Crystals. This is preventing me from upgrading my gear and continuing my character progression.
My highest cleared Challenge Rift is 595. At this progression point, my understanding is that I should have sufficient Crystals to upgrade nearly all of my green gear past level 22. Currently, five of my gear items remain at level 22, which is a clear indication that I am missing rewards.
I suspect my account was impacted by the reported bug where rewards for Challenge Rifts were not properly distributed. Since this loss cannot be recovered through gameplay, I am unable to progress past this bottleneck.
I would appreciate it if you could look into my account’s Challenge Rift rewards to confirm the deficit and restore the missing Cryptic Crystals.
Legendary tower is 15 crystals per week, lower are 9
-so with 3 towers that could be 45-27 per week missing
plus 160-180 per crift season more or less depending on your standing
how long have you been playing the game? There is about 200 crystal per month available (averaged) that you miss out on if you’ve not been playing or in a highly active clan
My highest solo clear is a 587, with a 2-man 590.
All eight of my set items are Rank 23.
I have 1776 Cryptic Crystals left over.
As per the advice I gave in the thread that FernandoCR linked, Challenge Rifts are not the only source of these crystals. Small amounts of them are available weekly if your clan controls Accursed Towers, small amounts of them are available from the Prodigy’s Path and there are end-of-season Accursed Tower rewards. These are all sources which are predicated upon on how long you’ve been playing (how many weeks’ worth of accursed tower rewards, how many ends of seasons) and where you finished in each Accursed Tower season.
I’ve claimed every single Prodigy’s Path reward.
I’ve claimed Accursed Tower rewards every week.
I’ve finished in the Rank 11-100 category for Accursed Towers every season.
These are all reasons why I might have more crystals than you do without there being any bug.
