So I have bought every prodigy path an have also completed every challenge rift up to 380. I still have 4 green gear pieces at 19… other people I game with are on 360 to 370 and have maxed out there gear at 20…. I’m definitely missing shards even if you do the math of all the prodigy path and rift 1 to 380 all. My stuff should be maxed

The crystals you get for completing Challenge Rifts are not the only source of these.
For example, at the end of each Challenge Rift Season, leaderboard places grant bonus crystals…
People that have played for a long time could have had multiple seasons’ worth of these, i.e. hundreds / thousands of extra crystals.
Also, if your clan controls Accursed Towers, when you do the 500, 1000 and 1500 contribution quests for each tower, the rewards contain small numbers of these crystals. If I remember rightly, it’s 3 for a non-legendary tower and 5 for a legendary tower, for each of the three rewards. If your clan controls three towers, that’s nine lots of those rewards per week, i.e. 27-45 crystals per week (depending on tower type owned).
As an example, here’s my hero, with all set items at Rank 20, with 4633 crystals left over…
I’ve solo’d up to Challenge 379, and done a 2-man 385. Even taking away the 400 for the 385 clearance, I’d still be 4233 crystals over what I needed.
The reason some people have max’d set items is because they got crystals from all three of these sources, i.e. challenge rift clears, challenge rift season rewards and accursed towers.
This is NOT a bug.
I am gonna disagree we have 4 towers max out every eeek prodigy’s path an doing the math alone shows I should be way above maxed but I appreciate your opinion
A clan can hold 3 towers and challenge a 4th, but if you win the challenged one, you either have to forfeit it, or give up one of your three existing towers, i.e. clans cannot hold more than three towers, and it’s two if you’re not the lead clan of a tower allegiance.

You’ve cleared a 380 and I haven’t, which means you earned 400 that I didn’t.
I’ve cleared a 385 and you haven’t, which means I earned 400 that you didn’t.
These clearly cancel each other out.
We’ve both done all the prodigy’s path tasks for crystals.
That leaves the challenge rift end of season rewards.
The seasons last roughly two months each.
At the rank I’m finishing, that’s 180 crystals per season.

I’m seriously not trying to have a debate about this… me a multiple friends have run the exact totals… they don’t add up the amount of time doesn’t matter the numbers do…. We just ran a friend’s alt through challenge rifts to 275 an 280 he bought one prodigy path to see if we were right guess what he capped his out
your post in itself is asking for a debate because you are reporting a ‘bug’ incorrectly and you are ignoring proof to the fact
Well, two of the sources of the crystals are…
How many crystals it was possible for you to obtain via these sources is entirely dependant upon how long you’ve been playing the game.
For example, if someone started playing a month ago, and they got help to clear all the way up to challenge rift 380 (and all intervening levels), they’d still have missed out on multiple iterations of the prodigy’s path, they’d have missed out on multiple months of accursed towers and they would have received no end of challenge rift season rewards, all of which reward the player with crystals.
So, show us the workings. How have you arrived at the conclusion that you’re missing crystals when you refuse to acknowledge that the longer someone’s been playing, the more of these crystals they could have obtained? You’re the one saying this is bugged. You need to provide evidence that it actually is.
I’ve been playing for close to 3 years give or take. I’ve done all the above and stated I cleared rift 380 and bought the prodigy pack as well All that are or were available. I’m whatever I said 2k crystals short with several other players I’ve been comparing in the same situation. So what am I missing? The only thing that changed was the WB gear and a happen chance I changed class for the first time ever around this same time. I went from sader to necro. 2k is a lot of “missing” crystals.

Clan tower is easy sure. Rift I’m currently rank 23 at level 381 which is obviously progressive over time. I don’t recall over the past several years where I ranked each week but I can tell you I’m very active and play everyday with few exceptions. I’m on a pretty active server so top 10 is not a realistic goal. So yes I’ve done all the regular activities. I put in a ticket and was told take it to the bug forums so here I am. 45k cr and around 4K res so I do ok. I’ve compared with several other players with similar play time, similar cr, similar rift level and it’s 50/50. Some like you no problem 3k-4K extra crystals and all secondaries at 20. Several others 2 pieces are rank 19 and were almost exactly the same with around 1500 or so crystals on hand and whatever that is short from 3800 crystals for the remaining two pieces.
tbh youre just missing crystals from an available source that was missed. It sucks but there is no bug nor will they offer you replacement crystals when more are avail with the new season

As long as you’re in the Top 1000, you’ll earn 100 crystals at the end of the season, but if you can get into Rank 11-100, you’ll get 180. These seasons are roughly two months long. So, over a year, i.e. 6 seasons, that means a possible extra 600-1080 crystals. Over 3 years, that’s 1800-3240 crystals.
As for the Accursed Towers…
Legendary Towers give 5 crystals for each of the 500, 1000 and 1500 contribution.
Non-Legendary Towers give 3 crystals for each of the 500, 1000 and 1500 contribution.
Until recently, Clans could only control two towers (it’s now three maximum if you’re the lead Clan in a tower allegiance) so if you controlled two legendary towers, that’s 15 crystals per tower, per week. So, let’s say 30 crystals per week. In a year that’s 1560 crystals.
So, 3240 + 1560 = 4800 crystals.
