Hi I used 10 mixed eternal and legendary crests joining elder raid and activated the mirror event. It dropped every gems in double except a StarFire from an eternal crest. I only found an unbounded starfire, but not the another duplicated.
Please tell me what to expect and how to find back the missing one. Will any support to look into this bug? It was so exciting to see a 5 unbounded star in the mirrored event, but sadly missing in my bag after. Quiet upsetting!
oh yay more bugs with different crests, hopefully they can find it. It shows both in your crest log I assume?
i had an issue that i was 40/50 did 10 purple and got no 5star and then i did 10 more purple and still no 5star gem so basically i reached now at 60/50
Same happened to me and no answer from blizzard
