Missing a mirrored Gem from bonus event

Hi I used 10 mixed eternal and legendary crests joining elder raid and activated the mirror event. It dropped every gems in double except a StarFire from an eternal crest. I only found an unbounded starfire, but not the another duplicated. Please tell me what to expect and how to find back the missing one. Will any support to look into this bug? It was so exciting to see a 5 unbounded star in the mirrored event, but sadly missing in my bag after. Quiet upsetting!
