Stuck inside Ereban

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide: The game is stuck at the loading screen. Relog, restart, and reinstall do not work. It’s the same issue on both PC and mobile. Device Type: PC/ Mobile Device Model: PC/ iPhone 15 Device Operating System: Windows 10 Pro/ iOS 18.1.1 Diablo Immortal App Version: 3.2.0.2571390

In addition to being stuck inside Ereban at the loading screen, some of the mini-maps in the following activities are blank:

• Elder Rift
• Fractured Plane

I have lost the mini map entirely, wherever I go I have no idea and rely on the auto navigation. It’s the same in every area / map etc. It’s making the game impossible to play
