got to westmarch and was following the quest log, which initiated the Fractured Plane quest. However now I am unable to progress the main story line quest Fragments of the Past, so I am completely stuck. It says the character for the quest is busy with another quest line, and I am unable to progress that one either. Is there a way to reset progress or abandon any one quest or at least reset deckard? He’s in the workshop but I’m unable to talk to him.

what part of the quests are you on? are you in normal difficulty?
Found out it was a payhong issue, I was able to travel to the museum manually through the sea of whatever and talk to the curator even though I’d never encountered him. It was a little wonky but it let me go the steps and eventually unlocked the main quest. Thanks for the reply though!
