My main character Winker on Gardens of Hope server had several thousand spirit essence prior to the recent bug which removed every single one. I have now received an email from Blizzard / Netease to return the missing essence yet have been provided with only 20…meanwhile my “alt” character has received the correct figure that was missing from it’s inventory. Please could you correct the quantity returned to my main “Winker”, as you have failed to return thousands of them and I am therefore at a substantial loss.

Also bei mir waren es jetzt nicht ganz so viele wie bei manchen hier … ich hatte ungefähr 3500 geisteressenzen … mir ist das vorgestern schon aufgefallen das sie gefehlt haben und das man aktuelle welche sammeln kann die aber nachdem ich mich neu eingeloggt hatte weil ich dachte das es nur ein Anzeigefehler ist auch wieder aus dem Inventar gelöscht wurden…
Heute kam die Entscheidung von Blizzard 56 Geisteressenzen im postfach als Entscheidung für 3500 geklaute Essenzen…

Das geht jetzt fast drei jahre so und so langsam nervt es einfach nur noch und man verliert endgültig die lust am spiel
Yes same happened to me. Had like 2000 essences on my main char and couple of hundreds on my 3 alts. Got 38 mailed back and alts havent got anything yet :D.
I was surprised to receive 16,400+ essences in the mail today, a bit later than most players. I’m not sure how many I had before but somehow that number seems to be excessive. And it’s highly unlikely I’ll ever use even a fraction of them.
I lost over 4k spirit essence and have not received any compensation at all, let alone the essences returned to me.This is shocking particularly the amount of money I have spent on this game
Yes i hawe same problem on my acound i hawe through 7k spirit esence and I received an “apology” email with 16 essences…
please fix it. and as an apology you can send something valuable like legendary crests.
Same here, and a lot of players (everyone who logged in since the update) in my Clan lost all essences. In my case a few thousand! I received an appology-email with 16 (!!!) Essences. I think this can only be a (very bad) joke!
