Hello!
I am experiencing a problem with Diablo Immortal on my smartphone after the latest update. Every 10 seconds, a popup appears saying “Immortal is not responding,” even though the game continues to run in the background.
I have tried several troubleshooting steps, including clearing the cache, deleting internal files, restarting the device, and reinstalling the game. Unfortunately, none of these have resolved the issue.
Has anyone else encountered this problem or have any suggestions for a solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing this same issue on every launch. I have to force stop and then it works until the next relaunch. I did cache clear, data delete and a full reinstall but still encountering the issue.
I’m having the same issue. Deleted cache and also storage memory and redownloaded entire game and it still pops up.
Same thing happening here, using a Pixel 9 Pro XL, every ten seconds, nothing fixes it.
I am having the same exact issue! I have a pixel 8 pro. I cleared my storage, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned phone off and on, restarted, cleared cache, etc etc. i did all the obvious things. I hope a fix comes soon.
