on Tabri we had our 7th week as immortals.
During the last Rite of Exile, our Immortal immediately died within a second, I didn’t even see him alive at all.
Apparently this was a new bug, but similar bugs had been reported a while ago already, it happened on Hemlir as well I heard. (Necromancer pants essence removing all buffs from the immortal so he is weakened.)
Now how are we supposed to get our compensation for the bug? We won our battles 9:1 today, and the Blessed Reign was pretty much guaranteed. But due to this bug and other bugs which I emphasize to have been known for some time already, we are missing out? I’m sure that’s not the way to go.
Please let us know what steps you will take to make things right. We provide your income. If you can’t even provide the most basic fixes for essentially the most important moment in the game’s content, which we worked on for 7 weeks, it would be a shame and unacceptable imo.

This guy spent 20+ hours grinding dungeons to optimize his gear, in addition to the countless hours our officers spent to organize the reign and plan the fights, our members taking time off from familiy and friends to show up for the fights, because you gave us this Blessed reigns as the endgame goal.
Only to find this fight bugged to be unwinnable in several ways:
The bug visible in the video above, no Buff to the Immortals Hitpoints at all.
The necromancer pants “Draff Cryptic” removing all buffs from the Immortal, weakening him severely. This is probably also the case for the Barb head “Spartusk”.
Our Immortal had 34M HP when he waited for the fight to start (which did not transfer to the Immortal avatar as you see), but in the last two fights the Immortals had 197M resp. 269M HP. Player damage only increased in the meantime. So the hitpoints would be too low since the Paragon compression, even if bugs 1 and 2 were no issue.
A lot of clans experienced one or another of the listed problems, mentions of no. 2 can be found on YouTube as early as February!
Please, don’t come up with “here are 3 Emblems as compensation”, the bugs I mentioned cost at least 11 weeks of playtime (4 weeks shadow, 7 weeks Immo) and we really expect you to take care of these problems and find a way to award the clans achieving 7 weeks their earned “Blessed reign” marks.

Blizzard/netEase (whoever is responsible for not fixing this bug) Shame on you. How dare you? This is so disrespectful to the players, who literally are paying YOU.
Imagine being a player, spending thousends of Euros in this game, to equip, to be one of the best PVP players.
Imagine being a clan officer, spending lots of time to organize the duties the immortals have. Spending more time to organize the VoB, to chase the members.
And imagine being the leader of the Immortals, keeping things together, spending money and time for this game. practising hours to be ready for this fight. Keeping everything running for 7 weeks.
And then, just due to a KNOWN issue, which is not fixed, everything was just blown. Two, three, four hits, Immortal falls. Not even capable to defend the reign.
We had NO CHANCE to get the blessed reign on Tabri. Our immortal fell just as fast as any normal player would, attacked by 30 others, as seen in above video. How do you plan to compensate? 7 (+4) weeks work for, well, almost nothing. How much disappointment do you see as okay? How many player will bare those bugs furthermore?
I’m a clan member of the Immortals on the Tabri server.
Due to this critical bug, we had no chance to win the 30 vs 1 fight. We are all frustrated by the unfair conditions. This is unacceptable after 7 weeks of effort and the amount of time our clan leaders and members have invested.
Please address this bug and either grant us the “Blessed Reign” or provide the opportunity to repeat the fight under fair conditions.
We are going into our 7th week this week and seeing this is very concerning. It’s not the first time we see this happening on servers. Would be good to get some response from the community managers on this. A lot of work has been put in over weeks to get the blessed reigns.
When checking what happened, it should also be checked that there was a “banable win trading” here, also in this cycle. this is against the rules of the game.
The same thing happened here on our South American server Malah.
Time and money invested in the company to simply lose a blessed reign because of a mistake or bug.
7 weeks of immortal becomes tiring and requires a lot of determination and commitment, to throw everything in the trash in 1 second because of a bug. Solve this, give dignity to your loyal players. If you are to lose a kingship, let it be justly, not because of a mistake Blizzard itself

This also happen in viz jun. We shadows were going to win the rite anyway, but the same bug affected the immortal. Literally two seconds of fighting and the immortal fell dead. There was no ritual. And this happens just a month after having the wolf bug in the rite of exile. It’s shameful how little they care about the players and how much they like money.
Clan lead here. 300 member alliance. Worked 24/7 for 7 weeks straight and agreed to multiple alliances which involved dozens of hours dc talk to get blessed reign and died within one second. Its a disgrace if blessed is not recognized! 300 people including big spenders are pissed!!
