"Hi, this is my ticket to Blizzard about acquiring power from gems and the removed Fiery Fang Rank 9. Has anyone else encountered a similar case?"

Good morning, on February 13, 2025, during the acquisition of power from the gem (Fiery Fang Rank 9), I received fragments of the gem’s power. However, the gem was removed and is no longer anywhere in my equipment, additional inventory, or vault, nor in the armory. The description of acquiring power from the gem clearly states that after acquiring power from a given gem, we receive an inactive gem and fragments of the gem for further upgrades… Hence my question: is there any possibility of restoring this gem to my account? It is one of the most important gems for fighting monsters and, above all, a gem that cannot be obtained in any other way than through the battle pass, which I have been paying for for several months in order to obtain such a gem. I additionally buy the paid enhanced pass to be able to acquire copies more quickly through the archive of the battle pass and the monthly Fiery Fang. Thank you in advance for your help, and I hope the gem will somehow be restored to my account.

There are 2 different things, one is using a certain gem as “material” to upgrade another, the other is to extract the power of a certain gem and use that power to upgrade another.

If you use the 1st option, you get the fragments and lose the gem. If you use the 2nd option, you get the power and a “dormant” gem that can be recovered later by infusing the necessary power back.

It seems to me that you used the 1st option. If that’s the case, there’s nothing you can do, I’m afraid, the gem is lost and Blizzard will do nothing about it.

Nah this is an old issue for some reason the entire gem is eaten without warning.

Unfort you are out of luck as this is a bug in the system they refuse to acknowledge or patch. Because it SHOWS the gem being fully eaten rather than providing a dormant version.
