Gem power transfer - original gem vanished

Hello, during transferring gem power from one gem to another my original gem vanished.
Transfer between r10 5/5 hilt of many realms into r9 5/5 echoing shade

I would like to get my Hilt gem or account rolled back. Even occurred at 12/26/2024 at ~10:25 pm EST

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:

did you do power transfer or did you feed it into the other gem as an upgrade?

posted a condensed thread as I did some research into this and found out that it seems to work ‘as intended’ but they just dont tell us or warn us it will eat said gem

Same issue. Bump.

5/5 r5 void spark disappeared during power extraction.

Please please help.
