[Event] Gem Surge did not account for Legendary Crest used

I bought the Prodigy’s Path II, III, IV and Seasonal for a total of 48 Legendary Crest and used them all after January 8, 2025. As the description of the Gem Surge event read, The counter will take into account all legendary crest used since Jan 8, 2025 retrospectively. That’s why I should have been creditted with 48 x 16 = 768 event points. However at the start of the event I was only credited with less than 100 points. Please look into the issue and credit me with correct amount of points. Thank you !!

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:

I have a similar problem with the surge event.
On Monday i did 2 rifts, one mirrored, with a total of 20 eternal leg + leg crests but was only given 101 points in the surge event instead of 320.
