I have downloaded Diablo Immortal. When I press the Play button, the button changes to Launching and after some seconds it schowas again “Play”.
I have checked, windows updates, the driver for the grafic cards a the latest, also direct x and C++. My PC fullfills the requierments.
I Also started battle.net and the game as admininstrator.
Has anyone an idea what wents wrong? Are there any logs to check the failure?
I am having the exact same issue, have downloaded so many times updated all drivers, fresh install of windows, updated bios.
The most recent download an install I is not loading up the game to the click play screen then crashes.
I have run repair client so many times and every time it fails to start.
I am having problems similar to CKJAMNZ. Have done multiple repairs, but when I’m at the Click-to-Play screen, there is no “khalim’s will” byline, and I cannot click on anything.
I first repaired the client because the Store would not open in-game.

same for me. this is crap. happened now for the second time. last time in september or october. how difficult is it for a giant company to update a game properly?
