Colossal Surge event doesn’t give the gem fragments

I didn’t receive the 250 gem fragments or the 450 gem fragments from the Colossal Surge event. How can I get these? Any help much appreciated

You don’t receive 250 - 450 gem fragments… You receive ONE fragment when you reach 250 Titanic Thrums and ONE more when you reach 450.
